Hello internet traveler! I wish to extend a personal welcome to this area of the Little Hummingbird site. Back in 1994 when I was in the process of writing Rainbow Warriors Awake! An Invitation to Remember, I had no idea how this work would change my life and lives of many others. Now seven years later, I am still touched by the depth of St. Germain’s wisdom and the profundity of these teachings. The breadth and scope of these ideas are also relative to recent scientific evidence in areas such as quantum physics and human genetics – the evolution of humankind.

Through these teachings, St. Germain invited me to experience a process of inner reflection on the colors of the rainbow. Specifically he asked that I spend one solar cycle on each ray. Intrigued, I took the challenge. I have spent the last seven years in that process, meditating on my ray, wearing, eating and dancing the color, dealing with the issues that would come up "coincidentally" around the color. My personal journey began with the color red and has proceeded with orange, yellow, violet, indigo, blue and for this year, turquoise. The results have been astounding. My physical health, relationships, and attitudes have never been better, and my life in general is more balanced than ever before.

As January of 2000 rolls around, I will enter my last year of reflection on the traditional rainbow with the color green. This is the heart color and I am guessing it will provide a synthesis of my journey. In the year 2001 I may choose to continue this process by entering reflection of what St. Germain calls "the new rainbow." This process has comforted me greatly, even in times of difficulty. Through this book, St. Germain extended the invitation to remember to hundreds of readers.

Two years ago, St. Germain started to request that we put the book on-line and that Robert make Little Hummingbird a nice big website . . . For a dramatic touch my guides threw in a vision. While Robert and I were standing in the snow at the edge of the Grand Canyon in January of 1998 I was shown how the World Wide Web is like the neural net of the Earth. It was connecting the continents, countries and cities just like the human nervous system connects the brain with a toe. It appeared to be quite red (due to a high volume of financial and/or sexual transactions on-line). St. Germain said it made good sense to infuse the web with words of wisdom and compassion; more violet (his color)! Actually, he wanted the whole rainbow book on-line to help the neural net achieve a more balanced look.

Now, two years later it is now our privilege to offer this information on line. As it enters the slipstream of the World Wide Web may it carry wisdom and compassion of the rainbow to benefit all sentient beings.
